NASA Contractors Want Retraction From DOJ

Law360, New York (October 12, 2010, 5:12 PM ET) -- The lead plaintiff in a case before the U.S. Supreme Court involving background checks for NASA contractors has asked the government to retract remarks made during oral arguments by acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal.
