Man's Pro Se Trademark Battle With 3M Nears End

Law360, New York (October 12, 2010, 7:07 PM EDT) -- A businessman with no legal degree has just finished defending himself for a week in court against 3M Co., which has accused him of selling stethoscopes that infringe the company's trademarks.

Pradeep Mohan said he was “pretty impressed” with his performance in front of Judge Ann Montgomery in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, according to a story Monday in St. Paul, Minn.'s Pioneer Press.
