US Sued Over Mining Project's Effect On Fish, Wildlife

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 1:34 PM EDT) -- Several environmental groups and individuals have sued the National Marine Fisheries Service and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for greenlighting an Oregon mining project proposed by a unit of Australia’s Industrial Minerals Corp. that will allegedly threaten nearby fish and wildlife with toxins.
