HHS Warns Insurers On Child-Only Policies

Law360, New York (October 14, 2010, 11:25 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has cautioned major insurers against “legally infirm” policies that limit enrollment for children with pre-exisiting conditions and is offering new guidance to help insurers stave off losses while coming into line with the new health care law.
