US, Boeing Near Deal In FCA Suit Over B-1 Decoy Kits

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 3:09 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has given Boeing Co. and the federal government two more weeks to finalize a settlement and prepare summary judgment motions in a dispute over a $35 million single source defense contract for which the U.S. Air Force says it paid too much.
