NCR, Others Sued Over $700M PCB Superfund Site

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 11:43 AM EDT) -- With a $7 million settlement with Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products LP in hand, the federal government and the state of Wisconsin have hit a slew of companies including NCR Corp., Kimberly-Clark Corp. and Appleton Papers Inc. with a suit seeking $16.5 million in costs for the $700 million cleanup of polychlorinated biphenyls from Wisconsin's Lower Fox River and Green Bay.
