Boeing Seeks FCA Relators' Contacts With Media

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 6:57 PM ET) -- Boeing Co. is seeking to force former employees who are suing the aerospace giant in a qui tam suit to turn over all communications they've had with the media regarding their allegations that Boeing planes are unsafe.

The company filed a motion Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas claiming that the plaintiffs have failed to heed a court order requiring them to turn over documents they've provided journalists reporting on the allegations.
