Tronox Secures $125M In Credit From Wells Fargo

Law360, New York (October 18, 2010, 1:21 PM EDT) -- Tronox Inc. has asked a federal judge to approve a $125 million revolving credit agreement with Wells Fargo Capital Finance LLC, a part of the bankrupt pigment maker's plans to emerge from Chapter 11 with $470 million of financed debt.

To enter into the financing plan, Tronox said it would need approval of certain indemnification obligations, and fees, according to a motion filed Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
