Law360, New York (October 19, 2010, 4:25 PM ET) -- A former assistant store manager has launched a class action against TJX Cos. Inc., the parent company of retail chains T.J. Maxx and Marshalls, accusing the company of violating state labor laws by failing to pay overtime wages and provide meal and rest periods.
