Apple Says Nokia's Had Enough Discovery In 337 Suit

Law360, New York (October 18, 2010, 6:58 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Monday urged a U.S. International Trade Commission administrative law judge to bar Nokia Corp. from seeking more discovery in a Section 337 suit over mobile device patents, saying the respondent is only trying to distract the court and delay the case.

Finland-based Nokia is more than three months late on a July 9 cutoff date for discovery requests, and is out of compliance with an order requiring that motions for leave be filed prior to actual motions to compel, Apple contends.
