Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 1:26 PM ET) -- National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., has asked a court to limit the coverage it must provide to Tesoro Petroleum Corp. in a suit alleging that the oil company sold contaminated jet fuel.
The declaratory judgment suit, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, asks the court to rule on which specific instances of property damage are covered under National Union's policy to Tesoro.
