IBM Hit With 337 Suit Over Data Storage Device IP

Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 3:34 PM EDT) -- Overland Storage Inc. has accused IBM Corp., Dell Inc. and BDT AG of infringing two data storage system patents and asked for an investigation into the alleged activity in the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Overland filed a complaint Tuesday in the ITC, seeking an exclusion order barring the importation of certain automated media library devices, as well as a cease-and-desist order preventing the sale and marketing of the devices.
