8th Circ. To Rehear Catheter Antitrust Suit Against Bard

Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 2:14 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has elected to conduct a panel rehearing of its decision to uphold the dismissal of an antitrust class action brought by a hospital accusing medical technology manufacturer CR Bard Inc. of orchestrating a scheme to drive up the prices of urological catheters.
