Calif. Law Applies To Drywall Insurance Spat in Florida

Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 2:57 PM EDT) -- A judge overseeing American Home Assurance Co.'s suit against a developer over damages from Chinese drywall at a Florida condominium complex has decided that California law actually applies in the dispute because the insurance policies were completed in Los Angeles.
