4th Circ. Slays Raeford's Poultry Pollution Appeal

Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 2:32 PM ET) -- Just because poultry processor House of Raeford Farms Inc. paid fines to a North Carolina city for discharging animal parts into local waterways doesn't dismiss it from facing criminal charges from the U.S. government, a panel of federal judges has ruled.
