Trustee's Injunction Bid Nixed In Yellowstone Ch. 11

Law360, New York (October 21, 2010, 3:27 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge has shut down the Yellowstone Mountain Club LLC liquidating trustee's bid to prevent company co-founder Timothy Blixseth from transferring his assets before paying off a $40 million judgment ordered against him.

Judge Ralph B. Kirscher denied liquidating trust trustee Marc S. Kirschner's motion for a preliminary injunction in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana on Wednesday, noting that Blixseth had already stipulated to an order prohibiting him from selling a Mexico resort property worth $40 million.
