Law360, New York (October 21, 2010, 3:52 PM ET) -- Versata Software Inc. has filed a breach of contract suit claiming Infosys Technologies Ltd. stole confidential source code for the plaintiff's business software and used it to create a competing product.
In a suit brought earlier in October in Texas court and removed to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas on Wednesday, Versata seeks unspecified damages and a court order barring Infosys from using any product based on the allegedly stolen source code.
