COFC Says Army Health Care Center Contract Flawed

Law360, New York (October 21, 2010, 2:20 PM EDT) -- A judge has stopped the U.S. Army from awarding a contract reportedly worth about $30 million to Spectrum Healthcare Resources Inc. for new military health care centers, saying that competitor CRAssociates Inc. was unfairly treated in the bidding process.
