Iowa Archer Daniels Workers Sue For Overtime

Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 11:52 AM ET) -- Workers at an Archer Daniels Midland Co. plant in Iowa have filed a proposed collective action claiming the agricultural processing giant has not paid them for time spent donning and doffing required uniforms and seeking more than $7 million in back wages and unpaid benefits.
