Suit Says GE CT Scans Blast Patients With Radiation

Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 2:54 PM EDT) -- A group of 12 Alabama residents has filed a breach of warranty suit against General Electric Co., claiming the company's imaging equipment used for CT scans blasted them with radiation, causing them to suffer ill effects such as hair loss and memory loss.
