Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 2:59 PM EDT) -- Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and Technicolor Inc. have lost their bid to relocate a Swiss patent-holding company's infringement suit over a method for branding a film print with a unique audio code to prevent piracy.
