Ex-Counsel Tries To Push Washington Times Into Ch. 11

Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 12:25 PM ET) -- A former legal counsel to a Washington Times LLC subsidiary who was fired in September is fighting to push the struggling newspaper into Chapter 11 bankruptcy in order to recover $2 million in loans plus interest.

Richard Steinbronn, a former director and legal counsel of Times Aerospace International LLC, filed an involuntary Chapter 11 petition late Thursday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia.
