Lockheed Can't Shake FCA Wrongful Termination Suit

Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 6:17 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss a wrongful termination suit against Lockheed Martin Operations Support Inc., ruling that a former Lockheed employee who said she was fired for reporting improper billing had alleged a plausible claim for retaliation and could be protected by the False Claims Act.
