SAP Seeks Gag Order In Oracle Copyright Dispute

Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 2:24 PM EDT) -- With Oracle International Corp.'s copyright infringement suit against SAP AG headed for trial, the defendant has asked the court to bar attorneys on the case from talking to the press in the wake of an article accusing SAP's former CEO of knowing about the infringement.

SAP filed a motion Friday in the U.S. District Court For the Northern District of California seeking an order prohibiting counsel for the parties from making extrajudicial statements about the trial until the trial ends.
