Scaffold Co. Not Covered For Fatal Accident: Insurer

Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 3:47 PM EDT) -- An insurance company is seeking a declaratory judgment that it doesn't have to defend or indemnify a scaffold company in underlying litigation over a 2009 mast climber accident in Austin, Texas, that left three people dead.

The insurer, Scaffold Industry Insurance Co.
