Red River Settles Last Claims In FCA Contract Suit

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Red River Service Corp. has tentatively settled the remaining whistleblower claims of a former employee who accused the company and a U.S. Air Force flight chief of squeezing an extra $6.1 million out of a contract for telecommunications work at an Air Force base.

The defendants settled their claims with the relator, Michael E. Poisson, during a Monday conference before Magistrate Judge Robert Bacharach of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Jury selection for a possible trial was scheduled to begin later...
