Bilfinger Berger Affiliate Loses GAO Bid Protest

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 4:27 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has rejected the protests of a Bilfinger Berger AG subsidiary that accused the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of unreasonably ranking the company's experience and past performance in the award of a contract for work at Army garrisons in Germany.
