Pa. Gas Producer Fined Over Deadly Tank Explosion

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 5:14 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania environmental regulators announced Tuesday that they had fined oil and gas producer Huntley & Huntley Inc. over a tank explosion that killed two welding contractors.

In a consent order, Monroeville, Pa.-based Huntley & Huntley agreed to pay $32,000 and to take appropriate measures to prevent future accidents, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
