St. Jude Surgical Patent Withstands ACI Dismissal Bid

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 4:34 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied Access Closure Inc.’s request to dismiss one of five patents asserted by St. Jude Medical Inc. over a vascular closure device, finding that the disputed inventorship of the patent does not impair the plaintiff's right to bring the claims.
