DNS Seeks 337 Probe Into IBM, Dell, Others

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 3:43 PM EDT) -- Data Network Storage LLC has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to open an investigation into whether data storage products made by IBM Inc., Dell Inc., Cisco Systems Inc. and others are infringing its patent.

DNS, a San Diego-based company that acquires and licenses patents, lodged a complaint with the ITC on Oct. 20 alleging the respondents are violating Section 337 of the Tariff Act through the unauthorized sale and importation of certain data storage products into the U.S., the commission said in a Federal Register...
