Intel, Express Scripts Settle Row Over 'Intellact' Mark

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 1:59 PM EDT) -- Intel Corp. and Express Scripts Inc. have settled a declaratory judgment suit brought by the pharmacy benefit management company over its application for a trademark on the word “Intellact.”

Judge E. Richard Webber of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri on Tuesday vacated a June 2011 trial date after receiving notice that the parties had reached an agreement during a settlement conference Oct. 21.
