No Deception In Rajaratnam Wiretap Request, Feds Say

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 2:22 PM EDT) -- Government agents did not deceive a federal judge when procuring permission for a wiretap that allegedly caught Galleon Group founder Raj Rajaratnam discussing a massive insider trading scheme, federal prosecutors said Wednesday.
