Ex-HannStar Exec Pleads Guilty To LCD Price-Fixing

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 5:22 PM EDT) -- A former executive from HannStar Display Corp. has agreed to plead guilty to price-fixing charges as part of a wide-ranging U.S. antitrust investigation into the market for liquid crystal display panels.

The U.S. Department of Justice filed a one-count indictment against the executive, Jui Hung "Sam" Wu, and announced it had struck a plea deal with Wu in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Wednesday.
