US Wants Partial Seal In SocGen Trade Secrets Trial

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 3:56 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors have asked a federal judge to close the courtroom and keep under seal portions of a trial against a former Societe Generale Group trader who is charged with stealing computer code for the French bank's high-frequency trading system.
