HP Hit With False Marking Suit Over Blu-Ray Players

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 2:31 PM EDT) -- Continuing its campaign against false patent marking, Main Hastings LLC has launched a qui tam suit accusing Hewlett-Packard Co. of intentionally marking expired patents on Blu-ray disc players.
