Mattel Wants MGA Unit Deposed In Bratz IP Suit

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Mattel Inc. has urged the federal judge overseeing its long-running intellectual property feud with MGA Entertainment Inc. over Bratz dolls to order the deposition of a German affiliate who allegedly assisted MGA in stealing trade secrets by spying on Mattel's toy fair showrooms.
