Swepco Blocked From Building At Ark. Power Plant

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 5:47 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has blocked construction at part of a controversial coal-fired power plant in Arkansas, ruling that the Sierra Club and other environmental groups had demonstrated that environmental damage was likely to ensue.
