10th Circ. Affirms Insurer's Win In Dirt Pollution Fight

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 2:26 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has shut down New Salida Ditch Co.'s fight to overturn a district court's ruling that United Fire & Casualty Insurance Co. does not owe the irrigation company coverage for legal costs it incurred after introducing dirt into the Arkansas River in Colorado.
