Initial Cert. Granted In Home Shopping Network OT Case

Law360, New York (October 29, 2010, 4:29 PM ET) -- The judge overseeing a case accusing HSNi LLC — a subsidiary of HSN Inc., better known as the Home Shopping Network — of failing to pay customer service and sales representatives overtime wages has granted the plaintiffs’ bid for conditional collective certification.
