Apple Lands Code Docs From Altek In Kodak 337 Row

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 7:01 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge has granted Apple Inc.'s bid to obtain source code data from Altek Lab Inc. in a case accusing Eastman Kodak Co. of importing cameras that infringe two Apple patents.

In an order made public Thursday, Administrative Law Judge Robert K. Rogers Jr. granted Apple's motion to enforce a subpoena against Altek, the manufacturer of at least 10 of the allegedly infringing cameras, deeming the motion timely and reasonable.
