Judge Orders Tests On Halliburton Cement Used By BP

Law360, New York (October 29, 2010, 6:38 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing suits against BP PLC has modified a pretrial order so as to prioritize the testing of cement used by Halliburton Energy Services Inc. to seal the BP well that blew out in April, saying the materials could be deteriorating.
