DOD Raises Threshold For Contract Audits

Law360, New York (November 1, 2010, 1:30 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense Contract Audit Agency has implemented new rules to limit contracting officers' requests for audit assistance to fixed-price proposals exceeding $10 million and cost-type proposals of more than $100 million, according to a government watchdog.
