Law360, New York (March 15, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge overseeing UnitedHealth Group’s options backdating case has refused to dismiss claims against the company’s former and current directors, giving shareholders the green light to subpoena witnesses and seek internal documents.
