Customer Service Reps Slap TD Bank With OT Action

Law360, New York (November 1, 2010, 12:11 PM EDT) -- A former customer service representative has hit TD Bank NA with a proposed class action that accuses the bank of failing to pay for all hours worked by employees.

Named plaintiff David Steinberg's suit, lodged Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, claims a class of at least 1,000 workers were denied the proper overtime pay.
