Fed. Circ. Revives Oracle Bid To Transfer Patent Suit

Law360, New York (November 2, 2010, 2:12 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has overturned a lower court's decision to deny Oracle Corp. a change of venue in a suit alleging that versions of its database management system products infringe two data processing patents.
