Circuit City Wins Appeal To Nix Labor Class Claims

Law360, New York (November 2, 2010, 5:47 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has upheld the dismissal of class proofs of claim by current and former employees in the Chapter 11 proceeding of Circuit City Stores Inc., determining that a bankruptcy court acted properly when it ruled claims would be more efficiently adjudicated as individual cases.
