Mylan Drops Appeal In Generic Paxil Contract Fight

Law360, New York (November 2, 2010, 5:11 PM EDT) -- Mylan Inc. has dropped its nascent appeal of a judge's refusal to enjoin Apotex Corp. from making a copycat version of Paxil CR and entered a discovery plan to litigate its claim that a previous agreement with GlaxoSmithKline PLC gives it the exclusive right to sell a generic form of the antidepressant.
