Lawn Mower Settlement Appeals May Have Merit: Judge

Law360, New York (November 03, 2010, 1:01 PM ET) -- The judge overseeing multidistrict litigation accusing companies including Sears Roebuck & Co. of overstating horsepower of lawn mower engines has rejected the lead plaintiffs' argument that appeals by several unnamed class members of $65 million in settlements lack merit.
