Chevron Intervenes In Enviro Drilling Suit Against DOI

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 2:26 PM EDT) -- A judge has agreed to allow Chevron USA Inc. to intervene as a defendant in a suit brought by an environmental organization alleging the U.S. government illegally bypassed environmental review of offshore drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.
