Lockheed, Bell $4M Contract Fight To Continue

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 2:34 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied summary judgment to both sides in Lockheed Martin Corp.'s suit accusing Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. of breaching a contract for target tracking systems to be used in U.S. Marine Corps AH-1Z Cobra helicopters.

Judge John McBryde of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas denied Lockheed's motion for summary judgment and Bell's bid for partial summary judgment on the breach of contract claim as it related to equitable adjustment on Tuesday.
